Life Groups have one, simple purpose to bring people together.
Thank you for your interest in being a life group leader at Five Lakes Church! We believe God created us to live in community with others, and only then can we experience the full life He intends for us. Life change happens in the context of relationships! Meaningful relationships can be hard to find, and Life Groups exist to make life-changing relationships relevant and accessible to everyone.

Submit a Life Group Leader Application

Semester Launch | January 25
New Leader Training | December 7 or January 4
Group Registration Form Deadline | January 6
Apply to Become a Life Group Leader
Any member of Five Lakes Church may apply to become a life group leader.
Register a 2026 Spring Life Group
Register your life group for the 2026 Spring Semester and the January 25 Life Group Launch. The deadline for registering a group for the Spring Semester is January 6, 2026.
