Students in grades 6-12 meet every Thursday from 7-9 PM. Thursday nights at the Life Center include teaching, worship, and fun activities that we call an 'After Party'. Sundays are for multi-generational worship.

This Season's Special Events!
New Life Group News | Starting Sunday, September 20th
We will be launching a life group for 8th-12th grade students! This is a co-ed group that will meet on Sunday evenings from 5-7pm in Room 1 at the Life Center. This group is specifically designed for students who want to grow deeper in their faith. It includes substantial content, from Romans and a collegiate-level New Testament survey textbook to historical and practical theology from Pastor Micah’s new book, Above Beside Within. The goal of this life group is simple: help students mature in their faith. We will meet weekly, and our last life group meeting for the semester will be December 13th. If your student would like to join, please hop on over to Five Lakes Goods at our Mitchaw campus, or amazon.com to purchase a copy of Pastor Micah’s book. For the group, students should bring a Bible and something to take notes with. There is NOT a registration for this group this semester. To clarify, we will continue to have life groups for all students on Thursday nights, but this group is for our older students who want to go deeper. Serving Opportunities for Students and Families...
October 18th | Serve at the Sylvania Fall Fesitval! | Whenever a team puts on an event, they can get tired, especially on the last day. Our team members and students will be jumping in to help serve the community by cleaning up after the festival on Sunday from 4-7pm. Please visit the registration below to view event details and sign-ups.
October 21st | Serve Night at the Life Center! |We have a serving opportunity to show gratitude to our worship and production teams at Five Lakes Church. We want to show our appreciation for them, many of whom show up every week to make sure our Sunday services are excellent for our congregation and community. This is an excellent serving opportunity for students! This event will take place at the Life Center, primarily in the gymnasium and chapel. If you can scoop ice cream, set up tables, or socialize, then this is the serving opportunity for you! Serving opportunities include setting up/tearing down tables/chairs/pipe & drape, facility cleaning, and serving ice cream. Set-up will begin at 5:30 PM, and we will begin tear-down around 8:00 PM.
October 22nd | Fallpolooza | Join us at the Life Center for one of our most anticipated events of the year! We are so excited for this fall-themed extravaganza! We will be asking parents to participate, as in years past! This will be an outdoor event on the front lawn of the Life Center. There will be a chili cook-off, fire pits, fall-themed tents and tailgates, and apple cider and donuts!
