Registering Your Life Group
Please use this form to register your group for the upcoming semester. Included is a tab to let our team know if your group is not meeting this semester as well.
Reserving Space for Your Life Group
Please use this form to reserve space for your life group to meet at one of our buildings. You are able to reserve a room from launch-to-launch and anywhere in between. This form goes directly to our office team who assigns space for all groups, meetings, and events. Please note that this form is ONLY for room reservations and is separate from the form used to register your life group for the semester.
