Do you enjoy helping things run smoothly and creating a welcoming environment for others? The Office & Operations Team plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day ministry of our church and helping people feel cared for from the moment they connect with us.
There are opportunities to serve in both highly visible roles and behind-the-scenes support:
- Welcome guests and visitors by greeting people and assisting in the church office.
- Answer phones and help with basic office tasks during office hours.
- Provide administrative support through periodic projects such as organizing materials, data entry, assembling packets, or preparing resources for ministry events.
- Assist with special events by helping plan, prepare, set up, or tear down for church-wide gatherings and ministry initiatives.
- Jump in on one-time projects that help keep our ministries and facilities running efficiently.
