WHERE: HEARTLAND CONFERENCE RETREAT CENTER
Students will be transported in vans.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
EXCITING WORSHIP SERVICES, POWERFUL MESSAGES, SMALL GROUPS, AFTER PARTIES, AND FREE-TIME ACTIVITIES THAT INCLUDE: BASKETBALL, VOLLEYBALL, ZIP-LINING, SWIMMING, AND SO MUCH MORE!

COST: $325
*PRICE INCLUDES LODGING/TRANSPORTATION,  3 MEALS PER DAY, ACTIVITIES, AND AFTER PARTIES THROUGH THE WEEK.

We have included some of the most frequently asked questions we have received from you below, as well as our answers at this time.

BAPTISMS

Q: When and where will baptisms take place?

A: Baptisms will take place after our final evening service on Thursday evening. We plan to have baptisms outside, weather permitting.

Q: Can our Youth Pastors / Leaders be a part of these baptisms?

A: Absolutely! We encourage all Youth Pastors and Small Group leaders to be a part of baptisms by praying and celebrating them. Each student can have their Pastor/ Youth Pastor baptize them, if desired.

SESSIONS

Q: Can parents come to sessions?

A: We do require all adults to have Background Checks who will be on the property. If parents want to stop by a session, we will try to have seating for them in the back of the room (based on availability / capacity), so that we can prioritize seating for our students.

Q: Can adults or parents be a part of the daytime / evening activities?

A: We encourage any adults or parents who want to be a part to serve in some capacity. We do require all adults to have Background Checks who will be on the property. (we will send a link for background checks)

Q: Who can attend?

A – Camp is for incoming 6th grade students – graduating seniors.

Q:  How long is camp?

A: Camp is 4 nights and 5 days. (Monday – Friday)

Q: Where are the students staying?

A: Students will stay on site in the dorms. Dorm rooms will be HS/MS specific and guy/girl specific. Students will room with their small group and leader.

Q: Are there any additional costs?

A: Everything is covered in your conference cost that is essential to camp. There is a snack shack on site that is an additional cost, as well as 1-2 food trucks for after party food.  Merchandise is also at additional cost.

Q: Can food allergies be accommodated?

A – Yes. Please specify any allergies on your student’s waiver. The menu will change daily.
